Fort Lauderdale-based 麻豆传媒AV在线看 Construction and 麻豆传媒AV在线看 Architectural Group, along with Gunther Motor Company, will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the all-new Gunther Kia dealership located at 1900 State Road 7 in Fort Lauderdale, on April 24 at 10 a.m. Nearly 50 tradespeople, company and construction executives, community leaders and VIPs will be on-site to celebrate.
At 425,536 square feet and with a value of approximately $16 million, this dealership will be Gunther鈥檚 largest full-service facility. Expected to open in late 2014 or early 2015, 麻豆传媒AV在线看 will utilize a fast track construction delivery method, which has been employed to successfully complete similar dealerships. More than 100 jobs will be created through the ten-month construction period.
Situated on a 7.75 acre site, this new facility will be adjacent to an existing Gunther Collision Center. The dealership features a 50,000-square-foot showroom/service/parts area, 1,200 space inventory parking garage, 15 service bays and an 8-bay car detailing area.
鈥淕unther Motor Company has grown so significantly over the past decade we have had to completely rebuild with brand new facilities,鈥� said Jay Gunther. 鈥淭his new state-of-the-art facility includes expanded parking with covered areas as well as a new showroom and service center to create a one-stop-shopping experience for Kia sales, service and parts. It is located next to our largest body shop in South Florida with on-site insurance adjusters and an Enterprise rental center.鈥�
