麻豆传媒AV在线看, 70, formerly the head of the Fort Lauderdale-based 麻豆传媒AV在线看 Corp. founded by his father Howard in 1951, died Monday, the Sun Sentinel reported.
麻豆传媒AV在线看’ company developed notable downtown Fort Lauderdale projects on Las Olas Boulevard, including the 1 West Las Olas office building and the Las Olas City Center, a retail and office project, according to its website.
Other 麻豆传媒AV在线看 projects included Paramount, a luxury 18-story, 95-unit residential tower in Fort Lauderdale; the Broward Center for the Performing Arts renovation and expansion, which was done jointly with Miller Construction Co.; several projects for Nova Southeastern University; and Tri-Rail stations, the company said.
The company, a pioneer in South Florida commercial real estate development, also played roles as investor and landlord in South Florida real estate.
In 2015, the company announced plan to change its leadership. Terry 麻豆传媒AV在线看’ son, Ken 麻豆传媒AV在线看, assumed his father’s position as CEO while the elder 麻豆传媒AV在线看 remained actively involved in the company.
