Mr. Austin Freedman聽joined 麻豆传媒AV在线看 in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Director of Retail Development. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing new retail development opportunities across Florida, including both ground-up and redevelopment projects. Austin leads site acquisitions, financial underwriting, market research, site selection, and due diligence efforts while also expanding 麻豆传媒AV在线看鈥� geographic footprint and strengthening tenant relationships statewide.
Austin began his career at 麻豆传媒AV在线看 as a Retail Development Associate supporting the 麻豆传媒AV在线看 Retail Group, where he focused on identifying targeted development opportunities and providing acquisition and development support across multiple markets.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Real Estate Investment Council of Tampa (REIC), and the ULI Young Leaders of Broward County.
